The experienced hunter can expect a guided hunt for Red deer
in one of New Zealand's top locations. An experience not to
be forgotten.
Novice hunters will also be taught the art of tracking deer,
rifle safety, hunting techniques, packing out animals and
basic bush craft. 
These Red deer are completely wild. Born and bred within
the forest. They are wary of any strange scent or noise and
so the art of bush stalking these animals is a true challenge.
These Red stags are one of our larger wild deer, whose antlers
can grow to magnificent trophy proportions.
During the month of April is the 'roar' (rut). The Red stags
become more aggressive and will travel great distances to
challenge other bugling stags. We are well versed in imitating
this call and can lure the stags into shooting range for our
clients. The sound of a charging stag will have the hair standing
on the back of your neck. This is a real adrenaline pulsing
experience.

Costs
Pricing includes GST (tax).
- Per day – NZ$600 for one or two hunters
- Duration - Minimum one day to unlimited days
Payment
- A 25% deposit is required for confirmation
- Refundable (less booking fee) if cancelled 60 days prior to booked date
- 50% refunadable if cancelled 30 days prior to booked date
- We accept visa, mastercard & Eft Pos
